We had a blast on our visit to Legoland.
We had gone to the The Lego Movie with our kids a couple of months ago, so this added to the extra excitement. Sometimes things don’t turn out the way you “imagined them” to be;
this was the case. They were better!
The excitement was built up from hearing the song “Everything is awesome” by the entrance and next to the Lego Hotel.
Compared to other theme parks, Legoland is not as big. This is good thing: from the parking to visiting the complete park: all was done in a day.
To top it all off, the water park was the highlight for our kids, and of course, we could not have done a truly honest and complete review of the park “without” kids!
They love the waves pool and the river. The water park has easy to deal with lockers and changing rooms.
The highlight in the park itself was the movie set for the Lego Movie. The kids could not believe this was the actual set!
If you are looking for something fun to do with your kids that won’t exhaust you in SoCal, Legoland is the place.
