LA FOOD BOWL 2023 Post Coverage

The annual L.A. Times Food Bowl continued this past weekend to a sold out Night Market on Saturday, Septemeber 23, 2023.

Paramount's historic Backlot was transformed into one of L.A.'s biggest and best block party festivals celebrating food, wine, spirits and much more featuring several of Southern California's top Chefs, Restuarants, Bakeries, Wineries, and Distilleries.

From sashimi selections at Hamasaku and The Brothers Sushi to various pork and chicken possibilities to slow-cooked brisket tacos at STK, there was an abundance of delicacies for everyone.

From various sake and white wine samples to Don Julio seasonal cocktails and frozen pops to a red wine tasting series at Adobe Road Winery, there were alcoholic and non-alcoholic specialties available to the entire 21-and-over crowd.

Throughout the evening crowds had access to cooking demonstrations and talks by renowned chefs, plus photo opportunities with eye-popping visuals in and around their special Peruvian-themed section.

Complementing the this year's celebration was an array of incredible sweets and rich dessert treats at popular creameries such as Salt & Straw.

Formerly known as "The Taste", the L.A. Times Food Bowl has expanded in recent years to cover bigger, better, and wider events celebrating the Southern California's widely diverse culinary scene.
