Steve Martin’s “Meteor Shower” Ojai Arts Center

As part of Ojai Art’s Center 85th Anniversary Celebration, they are presenting Steve Martin’s Meteor Shower. The show is directed by Brian Robert Harris in a captivating way. The show will run until Feb. 18th at the Ojai Arts Center Theater. It will be playing in its hometown of Ojai where it was anticipated to begin. It actually first premiered on Broadway in 2017.

This is a comedy that was set in Ojai during a meteor shower in 1993. There is much laughter and twists during this evening. It begins as a simple dinner party that turns into a night of absurdity and flirtation. Meteors illuminate the sky, and the characters entangle into another journey that challenges their perceptions of reality and the intricacies of relationships. This transformative evening blurs the lines between ordinary and extraordinary.
